  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1.1 By using this website and/or purchasing tickets in a CRRA raffle you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below, but not limited to terms and conditions enforced anywhere else on this site.
  1.2 CRRA will take care and proper precautions to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and correct. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this site.
  1.3 This site is made available for your use and your use implies acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. You agree that you will use this site with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations. You agree that you will not use, nor will you allow or authorise any third party to use the site for purposes that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene or inapproriate in any way which conflicts with the site and its services and views.
  1.4 Any trademarks, brands or logos used on or by items displayed in the raffle platform remain the property of their respective entities and we do not licence the use of these brands, logos or trademarks.

  2. RAFFLE AND PRIZE INFORMATION
  2.1 Winner will be notified initially by phone with their details announced online. Every opportunity will be given for the winner to claim their prize, if however they do not claim the prize there will be a redraw.
  2.2 Voucher is subject to availability and compliance with the BFHR park rules. Excludes long weekends, public and school holidays.
  2.3 Voucher must be redeemed before 11th September 2026.
  2.4 Tickets sold up until midnight on the 9th May 2024 unless sold out prior. Raffle drawn on Saturday 11th May 2024.
  2.5 Tickets purchased online will be completed by committee members and your ticket numbers emailed to the buyer. No physical copies will be provided to the buyer.
  2.6 Voucher is worth $510 AUD and is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
  2.7 CRRA committee members and their immediate families are unable to enter this raffle.
  2.8 Each ticket in the raffle will have equal opportunity to win and this is purely a game of chance. There is no bias or element of skill involved.

  3. DATA COLLECTION
  3.1 All personal information and data provided to us using this site is considered confidential and dealt with in a manner that takes all reasonable precautions to keep that information private and secure. Any information collected through the CRRA raffle platform is used solely for the purposes of the raffle. No data collected will be provided or sent to third party entities. All data will be handled with your security in mind and will be destroyed at some time after the raffle has completed and the winners are announced and have collected their prize(s). If you wish for your data to be destroyed promptly, send us a request in writing so we can process and remove any trace of that data to the best of our ability.
